Council is a консультационно-advisory body at the Rector of Institute and represents the main координационно-administrative element of system of educational activity in Institute.
The purpose of activity of Advice(Council) is perfection of an educational system of students, the organization and coordination of nonlearning and educational activity in Institute.
For achievement of the purpose of the activity Advice(Council) is called to solve the following problems(tasks), namely:
- To plan and coordinate the organization of educational work with students of Institute during educational both nonlearning time, and its(her) realization.
- To develop regulating documents on the organization and carrying out of nonlearning and educational work with students in Institute.
- To keep, develop and increase greatly traditions of Institute.
- To supervise over work of institute of curators.
- To keep in contact with graduates of Institute.
Council builds the activity on the basis of the Concept of educational work, Programs and the Planned schedule.
The program of special preventive work
The program is directed on amplifications(strengthenings) of work on preventive maintenance narcotic, alcoholic and other kinds of dependences, preventive maintenance of the INFECTION, and also preventive maintenance of offences among students of IIPE.
The program of special preventive work is developed in conformity by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Concept of educational work in IIPE for the period of 2009-2011 and other statutory acts of IIPE.
The curator
With a view of maintenance of unity of training and education, increase of efficiency of teaching and educational process, to each student's group of the incorporated faculty of the of IIPE the Curator is attached. The curator the most authoritative teacher, as a rule, the leader of employment(occupation) in the given group or the employee of the Учебно-methodical department of Institute is appointed.
The overall objective of work of the Curator – rallying of student's group in collective, ability effectively to solve educational problems(tasks) and to bring up at students a civil liability and patriotism. For achievement of the purpose of the activity the Curator solves the following problems(tasks):
- Brings up respect for the law, norms of a collective life, develops the civil and social responsibility as major features of the person;
- Reveals and develops natural inclinations and creative potential of each student for their realization in dialogue and activity;
- Forms consciousness of the valuable attitude(relation) of students by a life. The curator attaches students to system of the cultural values reflecting riches of culture of people, world(global) culture;
- Forms universal norms of humanistic morality (kindness, mutual understanding, a professional etiquette, mercy, tolerance, etc.), cultures of dialogue;
- Acquaints students with a history of institute, faculty, traditions, forms understanding of the public importance of the future trade and the responsibility for a level of knowledge.
