Administration - a principal organ which is jointly carrying out operative management by Not state educational establishment « IIPE ». The structure of administration includes the persons having official duties, covering basic directions of activity of IIPE: the rector, pro-rectors, the chief accountant, the chief of учебно-methodical management, the personnel manager and the scientific secretary of IIPE. The management of administration is carried out by the rector of IIPE.

The incorporated faculty is the учебно-scientific and administrative division of IIPE uniting group of faculties and other structural units, carrying out preparation of students on a speciality management of the organization, realizing the образовательно-professional program in close integration with other educational divisions of IIPE. The faculty is the basic учебно-scientific structural division of IIPE which are carrying out educational, учебно-methodical, scientific - methodical work on one or several related disciplines, scientific researches, and also preparation of the scientific and pedagogical staff and increase of their qualification.
The faculty submits when due hereunder to the rector and the dean of faculty. The faculty is headed by the manager elected on competition by the Academic council of IIPE.
