One of functions of institute is the publishing directed on maintenance of students by the scientific, educational and methodical literature on the basic educational programs, and also release of the scientific literature and other editions.
Activity of a publishing department coordinates the Publishing advice(council) (RICE) of institute headed by the pro-rector of IIPE. His(its) work is regulated by corresponding position. She(it) is directed on the decision of the following problems(tasks):
- Maintenance of educational process of high school with the educational and methodical literature;
- Reflection of the newest scientific achievements and rendering assistance in protection of dissertations by the publication of monographies, collections of proceedings and other учебно-methodical literature;
- Formation and the statement of annual thematic plans on the basis of the analysis of security of high school the educational literature.
Annually collections of scientific articles of students, teachers, competitors on scientific degrees of the doctor and the candidate of sciences in which the most interesting results of scientific researches of conducting(leading) scientists and students of institute are published leave. Reviewers of many manuals which are let out(are released) by institute, outstanding scientists of Russia are.
